Jovan Djordjevic is a prolific illustrator and international fine artist whose work has been in cluded in and commissioned by a variety of newspapers (including The Daily Telelgraph, The Guardian & The Observer), magazine (The Economist, The New Statesman, Time Out & Conde Nast publications) and publishers (Macmillan, Oxford University Press & Dorling Kindersley). Djordjevic has been resolving conceptual conundrums and esoteric briefs in visual solutions “lateral, literal. graphic – no brief too terrifying” for 20 years as an illustrator. His combination of succinctness, conceptual strength and with serves him well in his fine art, which has been exhibited at the Royal Academy, the ICA, as well as alongside Tracey Emin and Peter Blake. 

“As always, I attempt to push boundaries! My interests are great and varied, and I research and investigate many aspects: current affairs / science / nature / iconography / media / tastes / technology / print processes / techniques and much, much more!

Currently I am working as an established international freelance illustrator, artist and tutor; pursuing my dream of creating overwhelming imagery that both intrigues yet resolves conceptual conundrums, both literally and metaphorically.

I am renowned for my ability to expound visual solutions to esoteric briefs. More importantly though, I also happen to the privileged owner of a 'Rosback straightpin perforator', with which I am able to create and produce limited edition sets of 'faux postage' stamps!”
