Original photo etching on paper in a limited edition of 25. The image size, the printed area is 26.5 x 38.5cm. the paper size is 39 x 54. The are of white margin varies between 6.5 (sides) and 8 cm (bottom).
"This work is the second in a series of three prints in which the movement flows from one print to the next and is also part of Ashman's 'Japanese Dancer' series. "The model, a deaf choreographer and dancer is dancing in an extempore style, without music, incorporating sign language into her movements. Each print of this series is slightly different as dark and light coloured inks are mixed by hand on the plate for each printing."
