Original artworks are dispatched directly from the artist's studio, carefully packed for the journey, usually within five working days. We ship UK-wide, across Europe and internationally; shipping is calculated at checkout. We'll confirm dispatch and send tracking once your piece is on its way. Oversized and framed works occasionally need specialist handling. If so, we'll be in touch directly about timing.
Limited editions are made to order, finished and framed with specialist care, so please allow up to fourteen days.
Returns
If a work isn't right when it arrives, you have fourteen days from delivery to return it. Email the gallery team at info@newbloodart.com and they'll arrange everything, including where to send the piece and how best to pack it. Once it's back safely in the condition it left, you'll be refunded in full on your original payment method.
If anything arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the work and contact us immediately. We'll make it right.
In twenty-two years, our returns have been minuscule. When people fall for a work on screen, the real thing almost always exceeds it. But the option is always there.
